Here’s How You Can Fix Error Code 6147 in QuickBooks
Solution 1: Recreate .ND and .TLG File
Open the folder that contains your company file in QuickBooks.
In the future, search for configuration files that let QuickBooks access a company file across a multi-user network. The files will be found with the extension company_file.qbw.nd, company_file.qbw.tlg.
Now, right-click on the file and rename it by adding OLD in the last company_file.qbw.nd.OLD.
Finally, restart your QuickBooks and try again to access your company file and backup file.

Solution 2: Manually Fix .NET Framework
To fix the .NET framework of Windows, close all the open programs.
Now, tap the Windows icon and go to the menu. Enter ‘Control Panel’ in the search field to access it.
From the options, click on Programs and then Programs and Features.
Here, you will see another option, ‘Uninstall a Program’; tap on the same.
(Don’t worry, it won’t uninstall any of your programs).
Now, turn Windows features On or Off and find the .NET framework on the list.
Check the .NET framework (4.5 or later)
Go to the Windows ‘Features’ tab.
Now, select the checkbox for the 4.5 .NET framework.
To save your changes, tap OK and restart your computer.
In case the 4.5 .NET framework is already checked:
Select the checkbox to turn off, and don’t turn it on.
Again tap ‘OK’ and restart your computer.
Sign in to Windows again and checkbox ‘4.5 .NET framework again.
To complete the process, follow the same process, ‘3.5 .NET framework’.
